Hormone Replacement Therapy

Xeomin is another alternative to Botox, and is used to smooth lines and wrinkles caused by muscle movement. This wrinkle relaxer tends to be a great option for patients that show signs of resistance to other neuromodulators due to being produced without the additional proteins the others contain.

Sculptra is made from poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), a biodegradable material that stimulates the body’s natural collagen production. Results improve gradually over time and can last over 2 years. This treatment typically requires a series for best results.

Radiesse is not only used as a dermal filler, but as a biostimulator as well! This calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) product stimulates both collagen and elastin, restoring depleted volume and improving skin quality over time.

Platelet rich fibrin (PRF) is taken from the patient’s own blood and contains a high concentration or platelets, growth factors, and fibrin. During this procedure, blood is drawn, spun in a centrifuge, heated and cooled, and combined to create a gel for more precise placement. PRF continues to release growth factors for up to a week! This slow release is thought to have more robust, longer-lasting results than those of PRP. Treatment typically requires a series for best results.

My name is Rochelle and I have been in the world of medicine for over half my life. I graduated as a nurse practitioner (ARNP) in 2024 from Samford University. My background is in women’s health and aesthetic medicine, but I most recently turned my attention to hormone therapy for both men and women. It seems hormones aren’t something you think about until they start wreaking havoc on your life…and boy have they!
I, myself, have been a testosterone pellet patient (junkie) since early 2020, and have jumped head first into extensive trainings, learning how to guide each patient (and myself) to optimize their hormones to create a life full of energy and vitality. I have become a Certified EvexiPEL Provider, using the one and only patented hormone pellets on the market. Gone are the days of being told levels are “normal” when all the symptoms say otherwise. Normal doesn’t mean optimal.
I’m so excited to be combining my love of aesthetics with my passion for giving patients the tools they need to take control of their overall health and life. We’re stepping away from the standard and creating a true partnership between patient and provider, focusing on proactive medicine rather than reactive medicine. My goal is to help you feel as good on the inside as you look on the outside.
